THE PHILOSOPHY
A fuller story, without the filler.
More images do not always mean more value. Large galleries can include near-duplicates, repeated expressions, and photographs that add to the number without adding anything new to the story.
A full hour gives us room to create real variety - the family portrait, individual photographs, different groupings, movement, connection, and the quieter moments that cannot be planned.
Afterward, I carefully select and individually retouch the strongest photographs - colour, light, and detail, by hand, not batch-processed. What you receive is a focused collection in which every image has a reason to be there.

A PRIVATE COUNTRYSIDE SETTING
The barn, greenhouse & horses
A private countryside barn and greenhouse venue is also available as a location option, with horses on-site and several distinctive settings for your photographs.
The venue must be reserved in advance and is booked and paid directly with the venue owner. The venue fee is separate from the Signature Session price. Contact me for availability and details.
BANFF NATIONAL PARK & KANANASKIS
The full Signature experience, inside the park.
A relaxed one-hour portrait experience in Banff National Park or Kananaskis, with additional time to create both closer portraits and wider photographs that make the landscape part of your story.
Locations may include Vermilion Lakes, the Bow River, and other approved areas.
60 minutes · 15 images · $600 CAD
Commercial photography licenses are required in both Banff National Park and Kananaskis. I hold both licenses - your session is fully compliant, with no permit risk and no workarounds.
Banff and Kananaskis sessions are arranged by request. Please get in touch before booking. Locations requiring reserved transportation or additional access planning, including Moraine Lake, are quoted separately. Transportation, parking, admission, and shuttle fees are not included.
Signature Session Policies
Deposit & Balance
A non-refundable $150 deposit secures your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.
Arrival & Timing
Your session is booked for a dedicated block of time and planned around the available outdoor light. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can make full use of your session from the start. Late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available.
Rescheduling
Reschedules are accepted with at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred once to a new date within 60 days of the original session, subject to availability.
Cancellations
& Weather
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit. In case of extreme weather or unforeseen conditions, I may postpone or reschedule your session without penalty.
