Cancellation Policy
All print and product orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Because prints are made to order through professional print-on-demand partners, charges are processed immediately once the order is submitted. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your images, sizes, and finishes carefully before approving your order. In the unlikely event of printing or shipping damage, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost once the defective item is returned or verified. All prices already include the photographer’s professional handling and quality-control time.
