Service Description
The Heirloom Collection is a relaxed 90-minute portrait experience for families and couples who want their photographs preserved beyond the screen. Set in Banff National Park or Kananaskis, the session includes personalized planning, 20 individually retouched digital images, and one professionally produced 16 × 24 mounted fine-art print. Additional images, wall art, extended time, and a second nearby location within the same park are available by request. Moraine Lake sessions require special planning and are quoted individually. Transportation and shuttle fees are not included. Please contact me before booking so we can confirm your location and availability.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred once to a new date within 60 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the rare case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion with no penalty. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
